She Built the Firm She Wished She Had
Before founding Driskell Law, Courtney spent years inside the family court system as a prosecutor and State’s Attorney for DHS, watching firsthand how high-conflict cases were handled and where families were too often left without the advocacy they deserved.
Then she went through her own divorce and custody case. She experienced exactly what her clients experience, and that experience became the foundation for the way she practices law and the firm she ultimately built.
